Collecting personal belongings and things given in dowry before divorce

I have been married for 5 years. I have spent 5 years of my marriage in distress because of mental and physical torture. My Husband has extramarital affairs. He attempted to kill me twice and I was harmed by him badly many times when asked for a baby. He had medical issues too for which I couldn't conceive. I and my parents were financially exploited and we had to fulfill their money needs every now and then. I have invested my whole income in buying property, furniture, appliances, basic needs, and also fulfilling his luxurious desires. In Feb 2020, I was thrown out of my house (that I and my husband bought together and I am the co-owner) after when I came to my parental home. I have already filed a Maintenance case and a domestic violence case against my in-laws in June 2020. However, due to covid 19, no hearings have been scheduled and the 1st hearing is due on March 2021. Meanwhile, in November 2020 I received a summon from my husband under section9, where I didn't receive the copy of the petition. My lawyer has sent a reply to the section9 saying that the court should send me a copy of the petition, and a list of my belongings that I want to collect from my apartment. I haven't heard from the concerned court yet. I can't face any more torture so, I have filed a divorce case on Cruelty and desertion against my husband. Now, I have lost my job and do not have any source of income to maintain myself. Provided that I have not yet received any help from the court regarding maintenance and my dad is retired, I would like to go to my apartment and collect my belongings. The belongings consist of all the furniture that my father has bought, a car (as dowry), gold ornaments, and my clothes. All of those items have been purchased by my Dad or by me. The original bills, payment transaction details are with me. 1. I would like to know if I can get any support from the court to collect my belongings irrespective of the Domestic Violence case or divorce case? 2. Can my in-laws stop me anyway to collect my car and other furniture that I own? 3. My in-laws are not cooperating to give me my belongings. Can the police help me here? If yes, that is the process? 4. Can Mahila commission help me here? PS: I am planning to lodge 498-A against my in-laws from my parental residence after I move my things.
