Can bank account holders terminate bank without permission of remaining account holder?

I and other 3 have started academic classes jointly. We didn't made any partnership deed but opened a bank account with the name we 4's wives in BOB in 2016. Among we 4, one Alkeshbhai's wife's name was first in bank account and our 3's wives names are in in 2nd, 3rd and 4th name. My wife's name was 4th name in bank account. Then we deposited Rs 25,000 each. We were operating bank account by any two of we 4's wives' signs. But the cheque book and passbook were always with me and at present also both are with me right now. But in 2018, I got news that my all the 3 partners had closed the bank account permanently without my wife's sign. And distributed cash among them. And didn't gave a single paise to me. If they involve me in their distribution, I will also get approx Rs. 17,000. My question is that : without signature of one of the account holders, can other 3 bank account Holder terminate the bank account ? If not then what is the procedure against bank and/or other 3 partners ? and which type of letter/notice can I post against bank and/or my partners ? Actually I didn't know about kanoon.com and it's service. I salute all of you. Today, I knew this and so asked you. Waiting for your reply. Thank you.
