Married in the Philippines and trying to file divorce in Ca.

I am here in Ca. and was married to my husband in the Philippines for 44 years. Have 4 adult children and 9 grandchildren. There is this hooker from Canada who friend request guys on facebook and whoever accepts it becomes her boyfriend and thats what happened to my stupid husband. Up to now since there's no Covid vaccicne avail yet for seniors, he cannot go home and meet this hooker where they planned to meet. This girl is from Vancouver, Canada with 2 adult children in the Philippines and another adult daughter from a Lebanese and a grandson in Vancouver and still not married yet. Although she was married with this guy in the Philippines where she had those 2 adult children. I just found out that they were texting and face timing and in abt 3 days, confronted him and he accepted it. I filed for divorce but still pending and planning to hold on to it till I find out that I could sue both of them. I want to give them a lesson. Since we were married in the Phil, I know they cannot get married again but if they just live together, Can I file charges on them? And if so, can I just mail my documents like Marriage Contract and Married Cert. instead of going home? Please help me. Thank you
