Harassment by the employer

Sir/Madam, I am working as an Executive in a private Pharmaceutical Company since August, 2014. Recently due to a minor issue, I was debarred from entering into the Company's premises. 50 days have passed since the issue that happened on 4th June, 2015. There has been no resignation or termination. My salary for the month of May, 2015 has also not been released so far. Note : Things like warning letter, show cause notice etc. on any issue by the Company or any kind of apology letter by me on any issue has not taken place during my entire period of stay with the Company. I even got my confirmation letter from the Company in the least possible time (within 6 months), in which it has mentioned that my performance has been found satisfactory. Question Set 1: For how long can the Company hold an employee's salary without any resignation or termination and as in this case, also not allowing the Employee to enter into Company's premises? Which act or section as per the Indian Labour Laws addresses such a situation? What can the employee do in this case to get his salary released? What are the penalities (or Compensation amount) that the Company may have to bear in this case? Ques Set 2 : There has been no resignation or termination even after 50 days since the issue and also there has been no written communication whatsoever over the issue from my side or Company's side in this matter. No chargesheet has been provided to me. I have not been asked for a written justification even. The Company has just debarred me from entering the Company's premises. Is there any scenario in which the Company can do all this legally to me? For how long can the Company legally hold me in such a position where neither the termination nor the resignation has happened, only I am being harassed by just not being allowed to enter the Company's premises? Which law or act as per the labour laws in India addresses this situation? What are the penalities (or Compensation amount) that a Company may have to bear in this case? I humbly request you to answer each and every question in the above Question sets, seperately and adequately.
