How to file for divorce when both partners are NRI and live together

Me and my husband lives in Singapore, we have been married for 5 years and I would like file for divorce. I left my job to come to live with him but my and his parents are unaware that i have left my job. He came to Singapore in 2019 and i came this year in March. We have fights every now and then regarding parents. He complains of me not calling his mother. Truth is whenever I have called her she tells me not to call her and says she has nothing to do with me as I am not her daughter, also at times she have told me not to come to her house in India because that is her house. Also she hates my parents and have spoken non sense about my parents. Earlier I used to tolerate thinking my husband is with me. But now he have started misbehaving and does not respect me. Though our fights have never been physical but there is no respect left between us. Also both of us have no sexual relationship since 1.5 years. My parents are unware of all this which is going on. And my husband does not speak to my parents. I have always been an independent person until this year. I feel helpless and wish to get out of this relationship because I don't see any scope of improvement. How can i proceed with filing of divorce and what will be the charges. Also will it be possible to do it without travel as travel is restricted because of COVID.
