Requesting bank for restructuring, as not able to pay SEp / Oct 2020 EMI

I have been writing mails to [deleted] from 30 August 2020 and addressing I need to reduce my monthly loan payment due to a financial hardship. However, my current salary is Rs. 49,000.00 and EMI is 48111 and after optimizing my current home expenses i.e. electricity bill, grocery, flat maintenance, office travelling will come to be Rs. 23,300.00. I have mentioned that I am not in a position to pay EMI because of the reduction in salary due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I Approach bank for an advice and an option to restructure debt, considering my current salary and expenses to enable a smooth repayment process. And now received notice from advocate on bealf of bank. I have paid all past EMI’s on schedule. Now due to this pandemic I am facing difficulty in repaying the installments and had few unwanted additional expenses. So I would like to approach bank for an advice and an option to restructure debt to enable a smooth repayment process. The bank said : “We assure you that the query raised by you is being looked on top priority and the bank shall take utmost efforts to ensure an early resolution …….And The Bank is in the process of rolling out the scheme for extension of moratorium/restructuring of loan for COVID-19 impacted customers.”
