Purchase of builder floor

I planned to purchase a property in Delhi. After a long search I finalised a property and took chain papers from the seller and got them verified from advocate through my bank from where I was taking home loan. They said property is clear from all aspects. At the time of registration, the sub registrar informed that there is a stay/ status quo on the property. The dispute was as under: Mr A (seller in my case) purchased the property from Mr B. Mr B earlier received some amount as bayana from Mr C but somehow their deal could not be completed. Mr A got the sale deed registered in 2012. In 2013 Mr C filed a civil suit to get the property registered in his name and tried to made Mr A an party in the case. But during the course of the case Mr C withdrew the same and requested hon'ble court to consider his case for a financial decree. The decree was passed in favour of Mr C. We approached the sub registrar who took a copy of that financial decree from us and issued a notice to Mr C to present a stay order from the competent court within 7 days from the receipt of the notice. Mr C did not turned out to the notice. The sale deed then registered in my name. Now my query is that is there any possibility of any dispute in future in which I may be a party? Or Should I take any precautionary legal step to avoid any future litigations? Kindly advise as early as possible. A lot of thanks in anticipation,
