Australia Debt Recovery - Followed to India - Pursue borrower's parents for recovery

Hello, I've lent 32000 AUD / 16 Lakhs INR (approx.) to my ex-business partner (100% lend as personal loan. 85% as personal use; 15% as business use) between March 2019 to May 2020. Till august 2020 we had a good relationship where he intended to pay me back as soon as he can. Unfortunately, his credit score went from 300/800 to 0 and he realised he doesn't have any future in australia so he is planning to move back to india. Borrower has been staying illegally in australia since december 2019 without a valid visa. Since it's a huge money to pay back, he's been accusing me of cheating in the business that was closed October 2019. Now he's taunting me to file a case (demand notice) for loan recovery. I'm not sure what his intentions are. I've already consulted lawyers locally and I've been informed 95% i'll win the case and the judgement will be in my favour. 5% is for a reason that there could've been a written agreement in his favour. I don't remember creating one but still would like to keep it open. My issue being, I know I'll win the case, but he'll just deny paying back saying he doesn't have any future in australia so it's a writeoff and he is willing to go back to india without ever returning back to australia. My lawyer is insisting me to proceed with the demand notice as it's valid for next 12 years. I want to know possible options of pursuing him in india after I get a judgement in my favour. Can I pursue his parent's for the money that he owes me. They have small properties and some cash. With given options, what are the possible solutions. Please let me know further. Thanks for your time. Appreciate it.
