Wrong Survey Number in Sale Deed

We are planning to buy a constructed individual house (G+1 Triplex) house in Bangalore. After the reviewing the Property documents, we found the following. 1. Agriculture Land Survey number 8/4 was belonging to three owners. 2. Later they decide to partition the among themselves, initially it was rejected by tahsildar. 3. Land lord approached the Court and Court has directed tahsildar to approve the partition. 4. Parallelly one of land lord started DC Conversion on the same survey number for his part of loan say 14 Guntas. 5. DC Conversion was issued on Feb 2009 6. Partition was applied in Jan 2009 in MR status, but was approved only by July 2009. 7. After the Partition the Survey number was changed to 8/6 for the one of landlord. 8. Since he had DC Conversion for 8/4 he continued to sell the property on same Survey number. 9. First Buyer took over the property and constructed the house. 10. Sold to Second Buyer on same survey number 8/4. 11. Now we are planning to Buy the same property. But Not Sure whether we will have any legal consequence in further. The landlord and all the buyers are available in contact and they ready give their consent if needed on survey number. But we would need some expert advise how to handle the same in terms of documentation.
