Property dispute

This regarding a property dispute between me and my elder brother. My father had died in the year FEB-2001.He had written a will in the year 1997 with respect to property distribution between me ,elder brother and my younger sister. He has clearly mentioned property distribution as schedule -A property for my younger sister and Schedule-B property for me.In the will my father has clearly mentioned he had helped my elder brother for his business with money. The will came to force immediately after my fathers death. All pattadar passbooks and adangal/pahanis were changed into my name in the same year for schedule-B property. . I have received a layer notice in the same year(2001) in behalf of my brother for schedule-B property distribution.I have given a written reply through my lawyer for that notice and there was no response from them.I have clearly given the details of the will and documents with my reply.. In the year 2004, my younger sister had sold her schedule-B property as per the Will.My elder brother hadn't put any notice to her at that time...Till now from 2001, I have been paying taxes for my schedule-B property. Now after 15 years he has again put a lawyer notice for distribution of property as iam trying to sell half of my property...He has also given a notice to sub-registrar and district registrar not to register this property to any one....In the will my father has clearly mentioned I can do what ever i want to do with my inherited property The schedule-B property which were written to me were brought in the year 1961&63.The Schedule-A property which my sister inherited is brought in 1955-58 by selling my father land at some other place in 1945-47(I am having all the documents about this). Regarding this issue what should I do....what way I have to move further in this...He is now coming to land and saying it is his land and move away from there ... what orders i have to take from court and register it to others. Can i go directly to high courts and solve this as fast track civil case.......My dear lawyers, please suggest me with all the rules and acts for further proceedings..........
