I have a tricky question:
A Man makes a will and gives his all movable & immovable assets to three sons equally. He gives one of his grandson exclusively a house & writes in the same will that that grandson can enjoy the property but not competent to transfer the same in any manner
Now question is what happens when that grandson dies?
