Wife's right on property & maintenance

Hi, Me and my wife have been married for 10 years. We got married in Mumbai, India. In the past few years things have not been going well and now I am thinking of getting a divorce. We are currently living in Netherlands for the past 2 years. According to dutch laws, if we were not married here, we can choose to be covered by the family laws of our country of nationality. My questions are as follows: 1) I currently own 2 flats: 1st in India which is 50% mine & 50% my father-in-laws investment 2nd in Netherlands which is fully paid by me, emi is also fully paid by me, but according to dutch laws when the house is bought it has to be bought under both names. In this situation can my wife claim any share of the 2nd property. For the 1st property i dont care, we can sell it off and take our shares of 50/50. My main concern is the second house in NL where we live now. Can my wife claim any share on this. 2) Me and my wife both are working, she is well educated and can secure a good paying job easily in India. What are the conditions of providing alimony/maintenance. How much money can she demand from me? We do not have any children, so none of those concerns apply to me. Looking for your advice as I am very very serious about this situation now . The thought of divorce has come to my mind a lot of times in the past couple of years, but I feel now its getting out of hand.
