Rcr filed by husband can he go abroad for work

I got married in the year 2018 December. My wife stayed with me for only ten days then she went to her parents house and never come back. She forced me to leave my parents and live with her. My parents are old and need my attention. I am pursuing PhD and don't have any permanent income source. I have tried a lot to bring her back to my life but she always stressed me that to leave my parents and my physically challenged brother. She always threatened me that she will file dowry and assault case against me and my family. As she didn't come to my house, I have filed a RCR against her. Already three appearing dates are over but she didn't appear in court till now. Her father is an influential person (belongs a political party) and threatened my parents and relatives always with his money power. Her uncle is a high court lawyer and she has threatened me a lot with the name of his uncle and father. I was living in a state of fear with her always. She is from a very rich family and they are demanding a alimony of 30 lacs from me and my family for mutual divorce. I am about to complete my PhD and I have got offer from abroad to pursue my research. Can I get Visa to that country or not? My marriage is not legally registered as they never allowed it. What should I declare in my visa form? Married or single. If I declare married, I need to produce marriage certificate, which I don't have. If I declare that I am single but I have filed RCR against my wife. My research career in on the line. I can not afford to destroy it as I am working on major environmental issues. I have been under lots of emotional stress from last 1.8 years. I am only 30 years old, I want get rid of this toxic relationship. My lawyer is charging a huge amount of fees which is very difficult for me to fulfill. I am under constant stress that my wife will file dowry case and assault case against me and asked for alimony. I have not taken anything from them during marriage. I have spend all my scholarship money on marriage and in fact I took some money from my friend and relative, which I have recently paid them back. Can I avail anticipatory bail for the same to protect me and my family? She is well qualified and completed her MSc studies and is well capable of earning her livelihood. She infact didn't follow any hindu rituals and wear sindur and bangles to mark as a sign of married woman. She is living like a single girl and meeting with her boyfriend. Just after few days she told me that she is still in contact with her boyfriend who is staying in her native place. She has already assets like apartment and bank deposits. She in fact took all the marriage ornaments with her. Even if she will come back to my life but I am sure that she will try to harras me more and try to find ground for divorce. My personal life is spoiled, but I don't want my professional life to be destroyed. Research is only passion I have in my life, I don't want to lose it.
