Muslim Inheritance in India?Grandsons dispute of land appropriation No Will made?

Can you please guide me through some landmark judgements regarding Muslim Inheritance in India? Where property is disputed among legal heirs? Example One person G Has 3 Sons S1 S2 S3 S1 has 1 son E S2 did not marry S3 has 4 sons a b c d After the death of G the property is disputed among the sons of S1 and S3 For the fact S2 died without making any will and sons of S3 claiming his share on account of maintenance and providing S2 necessities for survival of life Now the dispute of property is right now among the grandsons of G for the fact G died without any will, his sons died without any will, or arrangement of their properties, So a, b, c, d, e, the title of said disputed land is still with G in all revenue records e who has been disposed of his share as prescribed by Islam a ,b had taken that extra portion and c, d too had less than they are entitled to as per the religion Now, my question is what are the legal remedies available to them in court of law and the laws of land applicable to them in india?
