Machinery loan with house mortgage

My father taken a machinery loan for rs. 25 loan but he met withfraud and not received machinery. It was advised by several lawyers not to pay single amount in account as it will make sure that you got the loan so we paid nothing and filled various application in police station and other bank related complains. Our case was in drt. We filled fir against frausters in which one person was manager of the bank. Bank propsed us to take case bank then theywere ready to settle. But we denied. Bank on one hand started process of auction of our house which was given as mortgage. We went to high court for order for stoping auction as we were ready to pay all outstanding dues to bank to just save our home. But due to corona virus spread court were closed down we were there only but they issued general notification stating that all auction proceedings will be stopped till lockdown. But recently i came to know bank sold our house. Auction date was 25th of march after lockdown. Person who bought our home(claiming he purchased through auction) came for opening the property. But hows that possible? How can bank sale property even after courts order to stop all proceedings till lockdown? How papers were signed as auction was on 25th and courts are closed then how papers were signed giving effect for the sale by bank ? How bank can give keys of the house during the lockdown ? We went to drt and drt judge instructed us to come next day and from that day when we were in court before our number came it was declared its closed due to wide spread of the corona virus ? Can house can be taken back by paying all dues to bank with court order ? Can drt now order to cancel auction and give back our home after getting its outstanding payment?
