Mental harassment against women employee in Indian post office

Sir/Madam, With respect to the subject cited above, I would like to request you to kindly guide me as to what kind of actions can be taken against a senior employee who is trying to torture me in my work environment? I am a lady working with the Indian Post Office as a Branch Post Master in a remote village named Hatibondha falling under Tengakhat Rev Circle in Dibrugarh District of Assam. My supervising inspector, has first of all slashed of my salary as there was no transaction in my post office before I joined. But now that I have joined since December 2018 and employed till date he hasn't yet paid me my full monthly salary and he is the sole responsible for taking and fixing this decision. On top of it, the senior inspector has also given me numerous fake promises to take up different exams or work on different official matters to give me relocation to a office in town, but everytime I clear the exam or complete the work the senior fails on his promise. When this matter was brought into his notice, he now starts torturing me mentally even dragging me to work when I am sick. Even if I am to ask him for a day's leave, if I am sick the person never allows me a leave making me go through a horrible experience. So, on the last saturday I was absent due to illness and I was not able to report it to him as if I report him he will make me report to office inspite of any illness. And when he came to know he is cutting off my salary of 15 days. I am very much devasted and suffering a lot mentally because firstly being a lady having to travel 5 kms into the village where there is very less availability of transport is very difficult to me. And secondly when a person drags you to the office when you are ill, as a lady its not only mental torture but also a physical challenge. I have worked hard every day to bring in transactions into the office which was lying idle and no transactions were happening for past years. Inspite of my effort if I am to face these kinds of challenges I am wondering what kind of a environment today a woman has if she has to go out for work. So, I am writing this application to you so that you can guide me in as to what ways I can take an action against such a harrasing senior inspector.
