Can the whole process of decree of divorce can be finished in one hearing (1st Motion)?

Sir My son got married on 3rd March 2018. 2.Differences started cropping up between couple since Jan 2019. Since then they were living separate in the same house. 3.In the last wk of july 2019 my son left conjugal house and living separate. 4.Divorce petitioned (Under mutual consent Sec 13-B) was filed (for numbering) two days ago. 5. Both petitioners engaged own lawyers. 6. Both Lawyers are saying we will be called not later than 30 days for 1st motion. 7. That day we the 2nd petitioner have to handover the Alimony money to the 1st petitioner in the presence of the Hon'ble Judge. No receipt will be given. 8. that day both petitioners have two file two affidavits each separately. 8.After two days the Judge will pass divorce decree. 9.There will be no cool off period as per recent SC judgement. 10.is the procedure correct? a) 1st petitioner has not yet handed over Mangalsuthra (Thali ).is it possible they may refuse to handover once alimony was received ? b) why cannot the divorce order be passed on the same day after receiving alimony money ? Is there possibility that after receiving alimony money the 1st petitioner may file some other cases against my son or our family members ? c)Somehow I feel avoiding second motion totally may not be correct.Instead I suggested we ask for second motion one or two wks after the first motion when we can exchange Mangalasuthra and Alimony in presence of Judge and there after he can pass divorce order. IS THERE ANY INSTANCE WHERE SC (ANY COURT) FINISHED WHOLE PROCEEDING IN SINGLE HEARING ? I DONT WANT OURS BE THE FIRST SUCH CASE. kindy give ur opinion Regards.
