Cheated by Bank A when transferred home loan from Bank A to Bank B

Hi, I purchased a flat in resale and I took a home loan of Rs. 30,00000 from India bulls which was divided in two parts in Year [deleted] - LOANACC-1 [1,000,000/-] LOANACC-2 [2,000,000/-] Total disbursement amount from India Bulls was - 6,35,750.00 - To first owner 6,36,500.00 - To first owner 3,62,850.00 - To Builder 737,582.1 - To Builder -------------------------------------------- (A) 2,372,682.00 -- TOTAL ------------------------------------------- As per account of statement principle paid by me in 3 Yrs. ([deleted]) - (B) 580,661.00 In Year 2017 I transferred my loan to ICICI bank. The foreclosure amount asked by IndiaBulls from ICICI was – Rs. 1,532,000 - LOANACC-2 Rs. 741,000 - LOANACC-1 --------------------------------------- 2,273,000 --- TOTAL -------------------------------------- I would like to know what happened to the principle amount I have already paid in 3 Yrs. I feel like I am cheated by India bulls because they have not considered the principle amount I have already paid in 3 Yrs. As per my understanding the foreclosure amount asked by India bulls from ICICI should have been (A) - (B) i.e. Rs. 1,792,021.00 As a result of this incorrect settlement ICICI bank has calculated EMI on Rs. 3,000,000/- Can I go in consumer court? Thanks, Saurabh Srivastava
