Maharastra co-op society act

Hi But I had a small query on the same would appreciate if you could clarify it. I have been part of a society for the last 20 years and have been renewed as defaulter for an amount of 1.5 lacs (21% simple int and charged to other members on ad-hoc basis) because of non payment of maintainance . My intention is not to be a defaulter but point in case I had paid full and final amount to one of the earlier secretaries (but in cash so don't have proof of it) and he refused to accept that he had received the cash from me (had filled a case against him too). Our society was also supposed to go under redevelopment and the builder had paid 3lac rupee to each and every society member where as my cheque was kept on hold because society din want to pay me. Now the builder has gone bankrupt and hence no redevelopment... But hasn't asked for the amount of 3 labs back.. so technically my amount is still pending from the builder / society and when I am asking the society to adjust my maintenance against the cheque paid by the builder they say that the builder has become bankrupt and hence there is no balance in the account and not adjusting the amount in my maintainance . In case the the society goes for recovery under section 101 for liquidation of my flat then in that case what are the precautionary measures I can take to avoid the liquidation and get my pending dues from society... This is only property i have.. if it gets sold I will be on road.
