Need Help with Filing of Electronic Evidence

My wife has filed a private complaint at CMM court, Mumbai in 2017. She has given her in box statement and has faced cross examination. A witness has also examined and cross examined. Now my wife also wants to submit some videos as evidence. And I need help with filing of this evidence. We went to court for the first time in 2017 with this private complaint and realized how bad the situation of our legal system is. Most of the lawyers have very poor knowledge of processes even after many years of practice. Large percentage of them are lethargic. The good ones are very expensive beyond what we can afford. So far we have changed our lawyer twice and are finding the third one isn’t good either. During our last hearing, our lawyer went with an Affidavit and 65B certification for submitting electronic evidence and was fired by the magistrate. Magistrate asked him if he is aware that permission should be sought before filing the evidence at this stage. Clearly it was an embarrassing situation for all of us. We have been struggling to file evidence for almost 6 months now. In fact the 65B certificate was prepared by me with online help from some lawyers. I wonder if someone could throw light on the process to submit the electronic evidence? We want to submit certain video recordings done through mobile phone as evidence. We have 65B certificate in place. From the little that we could understand from magistrate that permission should be sought for submitting the evidence at this stage as complainants evidence is closed. Our advocate countered this saying that it is not closed. Magistrate also mentioned that it needs to be done in-box which I couldn’t understand. Let me know if help is available on this topic
