Dimension error and boundary typo error

Dear Sir, I purchased a plot recently from a developer and after registration I found the following errors in the sale deed. 1) the plot size was mentioned throughout the document as 226 Sq.Yd however in the plot plan, the dimensions that are mentioned are totalling to 228.33 Sq.Yd. Unless, if someone does math it cannot be seen because, breadth of the two sides of the plot is different. 2) The neighbouring boundaries should be plots 46 and 48 but it is typed as 46 and 46 and my plot no is 47. Are these are minor errors or major? 3) The document writer corrected my joint owners age but no signature made on the document. This is however done after biometric update but done before I signed in front of the clerk which is the final procedure for the registration. Please help me, whether these errors are major or minor? What if the seller is untraceable or unwilling and how can a person sell his plot with these errors with untraceable seller? If found who has to pay for the rectification deed? What if the buyer doesn't object to these errors ? I am asking these questions out of curiosity to learn about them. I know there is a rectification deed but quite interested to know about these rules so that I can be quite vigilant. Please answer me. Thanks in advance.
