Suit disposed but chamber order for revival....

My mother made a registered gift deed in 2015 to give me a flat which was self-acquired by her in 1978. i have been looking after her maintenance and of the flat since last 2 decades. the gift deed was made without any monetary consideration and out of love and affection. now my brother and two sisters have filed a suit to revoke the gift deed. they claim that our father also paid for the said flat, which is not reflected in the agreement and receipts made for purchase of the flat. my question is will this gift deed be revoked......or any other means.? my mother passed away in jan 2019. i have already transferred the flat on my name before the death of my mother. Currently the matter is before the prothonotary and senior master. there is a chamber order on the suit filed by the petitioners…. one afidavit is filed in dec 2019 in support of the chamber order , which is on a stage of full and final disposal. the defendant as per shown on the bhc website is my mother, my self and the society. I or the society have not yet received any notice or intimation from the bhc with referance to the above suit …….request advice on the above with reference to appointment of lawyer now or after i receive the summons….or can this go on without the knowledge of the defendants….please advice.
