What Should I Do If My Spouse Is Delaying the Divorce Process?

I filed divorce petition on the grounds of cruelty under Hindu marriage Act against my wife in 2017. The case has been ongoing for 2 years now and during this time, she has deliberately found ways of delaying the court proceedings by appearing for court hearings every few months, by continuously changing lawyers and filing miscellaneous maintenance applications in another family court of the same state. The wife has not contested any of the charges in the petition to date. She has also informed the court that she wants divorce and asked for maintenance but is delaying deliberating to get the court from passing an order. They made unrealistic alimony amount a couple of months ago and after argument by my lawyer in the court, both lawyers (mine and hers) agreed to an amount ( outside of court), only for them to retract on the agreed position just days before the judgement was going to be passed in court. She has a boyfriend who is influencing her decisions and is supporting her in this fight. It appears that they want more alimony and hence rejected the agreed amount. My question is how can I stop this delaying tactic where she is completely abusing the legal system and bring this case to closure given the above situation? Your responses will
