Document forger or Acquiring property without my knowledge

1. I purchased 3 acres of agriculture land in 2011 and in 2012 someone filing a civil suit against my property or my survey number that my mother who is neighbouring property owner has took some credit and said that she has also signed a sale agreement to sell out her property in 2005 and also including the property which I purchased in 2011. Later we came to know that those signatures in those documents are fake and was not signed by my mother. 2. Since these people are very influential and sound in the local area and we situated in chennai and our property is situated in Thanjavur. We couldn't make viable effort in visiting our property pertaining to this issue. 3. We have given several complaints in all forums seeking justice, since I'm employed in chennai and couldn't make continues visits to police station or make other arrangements. 4. Since I'm in chennai, can I file an suit or writ or make any arrangements in Madras high court and move the case to settle it from here. It is very evident that the sale agreement is fabricated and forgery. My mother cannot sell out my property and I have a registered sale deed from S.R.O. 5. The sale agreement dated 2005 and the case has been filed in 2012 against my mother in judicial magistrate court for not following the sale consideration, after the date of my registration. 6. 2014, the judicial magistrate court has registered my mother property and my property or my survey number without even looking at the encumbrances certificate but just blindly following the sale agreement without even knowing who is the absolute owner of the property. 7. Can lower courts make such a mistake without knowing the absolute owner or the title. Please advise in this case.
