Car parking related

Dear Sir, I own a flat in an individual apartment in Bhubaneswar ,Odisha that I bought in 2005. I stay in my flat with my father and sister. The apartment has 11 occupants with varying plinth area of the flats. There are 10 parking spaces assigned to 10 owners (6 basement parking and 4 covered parking in the rear side of flat) that came with a cost with no parking for my flat. Actually when I purchased there were only 2 flats left and builder had said that he can give me a parking on payment at 40K but it will be bit inconveniently located at the back of the apartment and said that I need not worry for parking as residents will be understanding and some may have no vehicles and allow my car to be parked on negotiation or I can use common space for my parking as the case may be. I decided not to opt for the parking but immediately after possession of my flat i found that all residents had cars that were parked in their allotted spaces or some objected to my keeping in their space so I contacted buiider after 20 days of possession if he can help in constructing the parking space for me but he said it was too late. ever since I keep in a common area at the rear side of the apartment. This does not obstruct anyone's movement and also I have requested in society's meeting in the past meetings to allow me to do a temporary shed and charge me a good amount at that place as my new car is always exposed to sun and rain when not used but I have been asked where is the place and that I have not bought any designated parking space, Our apartment society has become very inactive since few years now and we don't have meetings but when I talk to one on one with resident owners I am told that my car parking is a litigation issue so I better not raise the issue. Being a lady with an aged father (86 years now) I am always made to face humiliating situation by our security guard on being asked to move my car when vehicles of guests come and when 2 owners purchased their second car. Recently I was asked to vacate the place where I used to park my car as they will buy their second car. I have moved my car to another common area by ensuring it doesnt disturb any free movement of vehicles it seems one owner has instructed the guard not to allow my car to park at that place. I wanted to know what is the best way to approach. can I move court to seek help since our society is not willing to support me.
