Partition Suit

The case is about a 20 acre Grant Land to Hindu Upper Caste Man in 1946 in Bangalore. 1)The Person 'A' was the title holder since 1946. A Darkhast Copy confirms his ownership. No other documents exist for that period. 2) From 1966 to 2004 the RTC is in the name of Person 'B' who is the son of Person 'A'. No other names in the RTC for entire 20 acre and no mutation. 3) in 1990 Person B is said to be dead, the Wife ,sons and daughters of Person B. Through a Panchayath Parikath, (unregistered) partition the land among themselves. But the RTC continues to be in person 'B; name till 2004 4) After 2004 Based on this Panchayath parikath, the land was mutated and RTC and Khata was transfered to Sons and Daughters. 5) The 20 acre piece was mutated further due to sale and transfer and subsequently. The BDA acquired some land to form a layout. 6) 10 acres out of this piece was sold of to Person X, who got the RTC in his name and got DC conversion and sold to a Developer 7) The developer got BDA Approval to form layout and layout was formed and more than half sites were sold and individual khatas given to site owners. 8) in Sep 2019 I purchased a site and applied for khata in Nov. 9) In Nov 2019. Some people claiming to be the actual legal heirs appear out of nowhere and file a partition suit producing a Will copy dated 1966 that Person 'A' had two sons Person 'B' and Person 'C' and they are Wife and Son of Person 'C'. They claimed that point number 3 in my list above is invalid because some unrelated people who had their father name similar to Person 'B' colluded with revenue officials and executed the pachanyath parikath. The actual sons of Person 'B' are some other people who failed to look into land records. They are claiming that all the transaction from 2004 be made invalid and a part of land granted to them. The Court has ordered temporary injuction to Developer to not sell any more land. As a site owner how will this case affect me, Please advice.
