How to stop sale auction from bank?

My Cousin taken Project Loan from Bank he given his parents property as security (gurantee) after then he fails to pay the loan amount and bank has seized the property, and he is absconding , but when inquired about the property there are several loopholes in the property. 1) Previously in the year 2008 he had taken 500000 lakhs chit and not payed the amount to the Shriram chit keeping the his mother name has guarantor ( keeping same property ) so chit fund company approached the deputy registrar of chits /arbitrator and got conditional attachment in the year 2010 January order copy submitted to sro office. in the same year 2010 april he has taken loan from SBI bank keeping the same property papers and Gruantee and did MO to Bank. 3) His father purchased the land in the year 1995 but shockingly there is no titlle deed on that survey no. 4) Final there is case Pending in the civil court aganist State Revenue Department. Has per my Knowledge bank has no right to action the property please help me out your suggestions . we are ready to pay the loan amount and bank asking interest and other security charges must be pay now my cousin not even bothere his old parents who are 70+ age.
