Confessed against a wrong FIR

Hello Sir/Mam, I am seeking legal remedies for the situation that I find myself in. I have been convicted under Punjab Excise Act 68 1 14 for Consumption of Liquor at public place. Below are the details of my case. I was found consuming alcohol in Gurgaon at the backyard of a wine shop in Sector 14. The wine shop located on road had a back area where he had kept standing tables for people to stand and consume. The wine shop had always assured people that it is a safe place as he has "understanding" with the police. But in July, it was searched by police and they arrested 7-8 people from a total of 20+ people and took to police station. I was barely drunk as I had just reached few mins back. Me and my friend were among those who were taken to Police station. We were not allowed a phone call in the beginning and they continuously asked us to call someone local as they would launch an FIR against us and we cannot be released without bail. Post that they took us to medical hospital, where no samples were taken and doctor just asked verbally how much everyone was drunk. He wrote his findings on the report in front of Police but we were not allowed to see it. We called someone who paid our bail and then were released after 3 -4 hours in custody. From then on, the policeman/IO handling my case started calling me and asked that I just have to confess and there will be a meager fine that I will have to pay. One day when I went to him with a relative, who happens to be a lawyer, he said today we cannot go to court as Magistrate has gone on a long leave and he just a call from someone from court. We were asked to come after a month again. During this time, this policeman kept telling me that no lawyers are needed and that I can just go and confess. I asked him to give me FIR copy and medical report, but he refused saying it cannot be given. Then I somehow agreed to confess and after 2 months appeared in Gurgaon court. I was only asked if I want to confess and I said yes, and then was convicted and was posted the fine of 500 rupees. My friend also had the hearing same day and was given same punishment but his IO was different. i asked for the copy of court order from that IO but he did not give it to me saying now everything is settled and I don't need to have it. Freed from the long fiasco, I also was happy to put the incident behind. But few days later, when I got the court order, i was shocked to see that FIR was totally false. The details of the incident were misreported - it stated that i was caught drinking half bottle of whiskey on road and when they tried to arrest me, i threw the bottle on road and ran away. Then I was to be apprehended. The place of the incident was also written as a Chowk which is nearly 100 meters away from the backyard of wine shop. I feel I have been deceived and that FIR was falsely modified to match the contents of the Excise Act. Is there a Remedy so that I can be acquitted in the original case.
