Forcing for resignation without citing any reason

I am working in a Ltd company, On 30th August, Got a call from HR head and said she got feedback from your immediate supervisor for non performance. On 31st August, i have sent a details mail with facts and figures to my supervisor and marked a copy to MD, COO, Dy.Ceo, Segment heads for the justification on my performance. On 3rd Sep, we have sent a reminder for the justification, but never received any response. On 7th Sep, again we have sent a mail to HR and stating that i am not getting any response from my supervisor and got the response that nobody will give response and management is firm on their decision you to exit, either you resign or else will send you on garden leave. on 7th evening after discussion with HR and their proposal that you will get your monthly salary and you actively look for your job. but never get any communication on writing what they have discussed over phone and suddenly block my email and attendance log in. Now i am in big dilemma without any HR communication and resignation, how he they have blocked. I am getting the treatment like i have done any fraud or crime to the company. Kindly advise.
