My mi mother inherited a house from my father's self acquired property, through a will., when he passed away. my mother is still very much alive. my wife left me about rwo and half years ago when i suffered a disability of 100 percent paralysis on my left side of the body, we have rwo daughters, the eldrt one is 26 and the younger one is 20 years old. the elder has finished her studies and lives with me an im planning to get her married to a boy of her choice. the younger girl is studing in canada, in the university of waterloo, in the hostel. I have not seen or heard or mrt my wife for over three years and believe that she is living with somebody else without divorcing me, somewhere in canada or America in a live in relayionship. my mother and me ared planning to sell off this above mentioned kouse/property to pay my daughter;s college fees and look after her living expenses and to get my elder daughter mattied, i being unable to work due to my paralysis problem BUT have come ti know from some sources that my wife is not interested in selling my motjer's house and may create trouble when it is put up for sale. sir, can you please tell me on what can she do to prevent us from delling this property, can she get a stay order from the court orcan she clai ;iving in the property orders so we may not be able to sedll it. she has no compassion even for her daughters, even though it is basically for them that er are taking this extreme step. wd have ni ither property a f jusy 8 lakh rupees in f,d's on which we file I.T.R .,.
