Divorce deed valid in Islam or not?

We had a love marriage , and also done nikah by the qazi and he issued us a nikahnama, but we stayed separately at our homes respectively and after one month , he took me to his home, his family didn't approved and my family took me to my home. He said he will come after one week to take me his home but he didn't and his parents told my family that he is ready for divorce. And I have to sign forcibly the divorce deed of rupees hundred stamp paper but the talaq is not said by him. The first party was the girl in the divorce deed and it is written that both the parties cannot reconcile that's why they are getting separated and the girl is not claiming the mehar and in future both can't perform any legal action against each other and the nikah is null and void and the divorce deed signed by both the parties in front of four family members in front of notary. But the talaq word was not written anywhere in the deed. Now I got to know that divorce deed is not valid .So is the marriage still valid or not? If the chances of reconciliation are possible or not?
