Auto-debit still seeking funds from my bank account even after settlement

Hello all, Thanks in advance for going through my issue. In Feb 2017, I had taken a personal loan from Bajaj Finserv as they were calling day in and day out to sell me a loan. While taking the loan, I was not informed of the Insurance which was added and the cost deducted for the same. I happened to talk to the Finserv team over the phone, which was really frustrating and I finally ended up telling one of their employees to take the insurance off and put the amount back towards the loan. Due to my requests not being taken into consideration, coupled with the harassing language these employees used and the denial of revoking the Insurance, I informed one of the Bajaj finserv employees that till they revoke it, I will not keep my account funded for the EMI. Two months and a lot of calls later, my financial situation deteriorated, I was out of a job and out of my house. Finally, my father offered me by the end of 2017 that he will settle it provided Bajaj Finserv agrees and comes up with a settlement agreement letter. The settlement was made in Seven Installments during which period, the auto-debit was still being asked for, month on month. This has created a lot of confusion and calls to Bajaj Finserv which went a waste without any resolution. Every call that was made resulted in different people telling me that they never promised to take off the auto-debit and hence it will keep asking for money out of my account. The Final settlement cheque was drawn on 25th June 2018, however, I am still fighting with Bajaj Finserv people who keep calling me stating that my EMIs are due. During the start of this month, Bajaj Finserv has presented a cheque of 2, 13, 500 to my bank which has bounced. Once I got a message from my bank, I started going all the way to the Bajaj Finserv Bangalore office which is 40 kilometres one way from my residence. Even this month, the Auto-debit has been claimed and has returned unpaid like every other month. These issues of the Company trying to take money out every month, even though a settlement has been granted, and finally the cheque bounce, have tarnished my CIBIL score which has already taken a beating due to the settlement. Not only has it spoilt my credit-worthiness in the market, but also given a lot of stress and I have lost quite a few opportunities to start off with my own business because of bad CIBIL rating. Is there any way I can sue the Company for all the physical, mental, moral and financial stress it has caused me till date? My Settlement is not yet marked in the account as I write this. I am still in touch with them trying to follow up and get the closure marked on the loan account. I am looking at milking them out of as much I can for all the grief they have caused to my family members and me. If you can help me, I would love to forgo a part of the moolah in return for the favour as I cannot afford a lawyer who is worthy of his salt right now. Thank you again.
