Partition of land adjoining road between co-owners

Person 'A' and person 'B' bought land of smae khewat number. on different dates and from different persons. person 'A' bought a land measuring 11 kanal 10 marla. person 'B' bought land measuring 8 kanal 16 marla. the khewat number is same for the land they bought. person 'B' have share of land adjoining road. person 'A' does not have any share of land adjoining road. also person a has land adjoiinng the road but with different khewat number just above the land measuring 11 kanal 10 marla. person 'A' bought both land on the same day and time with the same person. And person 'B' purchased his share from other person. person 'A' clearly know that the pieces of land he is purchasing are of different khewat numbers and the back portion of the land with different khewat number did not adjoin the road. now person 'A' has filed a suit in the revenue court that he want share of land adjoining road in proportion to his share of land. the important point here is that person 'A' bought two pieces of land with different khewat numbers. one khewat is adjoining the road and other khewat is not.person 'A' clearly and fully knows that the other khewat land did not adjoin the road. and he bought these land with the same person and on the same day and same time. now i want to know whether the claim of person 'A' is valid or not. If valid, then how much share of land adjoining road he will get. and if not valid then how can i pursue the case in my favour.
