Parking allotment refused by society since I have a purchased parking space from the builder.

Hi, Recently I have purchased a new car and my housing society is not willing me to allocate a parking slot. Stating that we already have another parking slot. But that garage covered parking slot has been purchased by us from the builder who was selling limited number of covered parking spaces at that time. Because of our ownership of a covered parking space society is not willing to give me another parking space for my second car. Whereas for the purchased parking space I am paying monthly charges to the BMC and society. Moreover the society has relinquished my access and rights to the common parking space as I have one already. Hence coming to my point the parking space which I have I have purchased it and it's my property. I should have access to general parking space as well. This is in violation of my rights as I am not being given equal opportunity to have access to general areas of the society. Also in front of my garage there are 2 cars parked perpendicularly as this is illegal as one cannot block the entrance to my property. Yet we were cooperative since we live in a society but now when society is being autorcious to allow me access to my own rights I want to exercise my own rights as well. Please advise
