Significant and recurring water damage caused by neighbor's kitchen renovation

Hello, My neighbor in a flat directly above mine undertook a kitchen renovation project several years ago (5+). Water leaks into my kitchen/pantry area and over the years has caused significant damage. After each major complaint from me, my neighbors call the same contractor and plumber who renovated the kitchen and make temporary fixes, but after two-three months, the leak starts again. The water problem means, that the pantry/extended kitchen space cannot be used at all. Water has damaged the wall and surrounding area significantly. Often times the smell caused by the water is unbearable. This neighbor was very eager that I sell my flat to them as they wanted more space for the large family. But I didn't want to and refused for three years. Now they have purchased another flat in the same building and want to undertake major renovations. They keep saying to me " What to do we have done everything from our side" and that I am being unreasonable. We have an active cooperative housing society as this is a very big development. In the past, the Society has checked the problem and when they got involved, my neighbors would try to reluctantly fix the problem. What recourse is available to me? Can the Society request them to use another professional to diagnose the problem? Since prior work with same contractor/plumber hasn't prevented the leaks from recurring? Can the Society prevent them from renovating their new flat unless they put down a deposit and/or sign an agreement that they will be responsible for damage caused by their new renovation? Or at least until they fix the first mess and water damage created by their prior renovation? Do I have legal recourse? What is the process? Look forward to receiving your expert opinion.
