Engagement of forestry graduates in jk forest

Sir, myself Aadil Rehman Bhat from Srinagar. I have done BCA and MA in sociology. I have been recruited in J&K Forest Department as Forest Guard through the J&K Service Selection Board, which is a Government department for recruitment of various Class II and III posts. The recruitment process include a 'Walk Test', followed by a 'Written Test' and finally a 'Viva Voce', and hence we were finally appointed as Forest Guards in February 2014. In 2017, Jammu and Kashmir Forest Department recruited Forestry Graduates (BSc, MSc forestry and DDR trained), who were having early registration with the department, as Rehbar-e-Janglat as per the cabinet decision taken earlier (without any due procedure). They were to be given a fixed salary of 5000 per month for the duration of 5years after their engagement. After the completion of 5years they were supposed to be absorbed as Forest Guards. But there is some whispers within the department that they will be now engaged at higher posts than us, after the completion of 5 years. That also mean we will be their juniors despite the fact that they joined the department 4years later and that too without any selection process, mere a degree being their criteria of engagement. Sir in this regard I want to know that if there is any provision within the law which enables us to approach the court of law earlier, so that our future can be secured. Thanking you in anticipation. email: [deleted]
