False Arbitration notice by bank

Hi, I have a personal loan with kotak bank..I was paying my Emi on time until I met with an accident and had a back injury which led to me being on bedrest for 5 months and loss of my job. I informed the bank before I missed my Emi, requested for a loan holiday and to lower my Emi through rescheduling the loan agreement. After months of being harrased and the bank agents visiting my home..they could verify my health condition and I had shared all medical records as well with them. Although every month I was paying late I was paying until I received an arbitration letter in March to appear in Chennai. No supporting documents were provided etc and I was given only 6 days to comply..no phone number or e-mail Id was provided either. After searching the internet I found the e-mail and sent all documents and communications with kotak to the arbitration tribunal. After two weeks I get another letter stating the bank is being given an interim judgement to collect my personal and movable property. However something smells very fishy as the bank agents told me to ignore this arbitration letter and make sure I just pay on time...I have a feeling they are playing me as a fool. Please suggest how I can find out if this arbitration hearing is genuine or not? If not genuine then what legal action can I take. Also can arbitration case be lodged for a personal loan less than 4 lakhs against me? I have all evidences in writing but this sole arbitrator did not even look at any evidence I provided. I live in Delhi I took the loan in Delhi my bank is in Delhi and then why I am being asked to go to hearing in Chennai?
