Ancestral property sharing

Parents passed away without Will. Ancestral property to be distributed among 5 legal children. Two sons and 3 daughters. Two sons and one daughter passed away but their spouses and children are alive. i.e Deceased Two son's widow wives and children , one deceased daughter's widow husband and children are alive. In the absence of the deceased son and daughter, should their children become legal heir ? If so, Two Children of the deceased family is abroad. ie. One child from deceased son's family and one child from deceased daughter's family is residing abroad, who are unable to come to India for property bifurcations. Only Deceased Two son's widow wives and children , one deceased daughter's widow husband and children and Two legal Daughters are alive. Earlier When parents were alive, one portion of the property was sold and distributed the proceeds to the Three Daughters with a condition that in future they will not come for claiming any property. However, now after parents expiry and property mutation process to son's families, they are once again demanding ransom for property mutation . How do we proceed dividing the property? Also How do we proceed dividing property without the physical presence of the deceased son's and deceased Daughter's children. What docs needed to proceed?
