Can I get this motorcycle replaced?

Sir, Sub: Dominar 400 Bike-Serious technical error-irreparable Complaint-Reg This is to bring to your immediate attention about a very serious technical defect developed and frequently recurring in the case of the Dominar 400 ABS Bike I had purchased in March last year. The nature of the complaint is that the Bike stops/the engine goes off all of a sudden while on the run, rendering the ride quite unsafe and putting the safety of the rider at great risk. Deeply troubled by this unexpected technical snag in a brand new bike claiming to possess advanced/modern safety features, I have already taken the bike for repairs/rectification for about more than 7 times so far to your authorised service centre at Cochin. Each time, they attend to the complaint and return the bike assuring that the defect is rectified and no problems would be there anymore. But to my utter shock and dismay, the same complaint crops up again after few kms ( while running 1000-1200 kms on odo meter ), seriously affecting my very confidence in safely riding the bike. It is by the Grace of the Almighty that I have escaped unhurt so far, despite the bike developing such grave technical trouble repeatedly, midway on travel quite abruptly, risking the safety of self and others. The position being so serious and desperate, I have lost confidence in using this bike which suffers from such a very serious and dangerous technical glitch of irreparable and recurring nature. Copies of relevant records available with me for having brought the issue to the service centre concerned are enclosed herewith for kind reference. I am sure, the paramount aim of a renowned automobile company like M/s Bajaj Auto Ltd is always the safety and security of the bike user. As my bike is still beset with the same complaint quite often even after due repair/rectification several times within a span of the last one year, I am feeling quite unsafe to use the same bike again, fearing sudden/unexpected stoppage of the bike on the road anytime while on the run and consequent risks/dangers thereto. It is strongly doubted that my bike suffers from a serious manufacturing defect. The bike was last attended to and serviced by the ASC on 18.02.2019, but now after riding about 1000 kms the same complaint has reappeared that's why I'm compelled to submit this complaint. In view of the above facts, possible risks and seriousness of the issue, I would request you to kindly replace the defective bike with a new, safe one for me to use it with safety and confidence.Expecting kind and favourable response and immediate remedy at the earliest. NB:- This is the mail that I have sent to the Bajaj customer care. The dealer had called me thrice after complaining, and asked me to take the bike again to ASC.
