Amazon denied refund for failed transaction for more than 2 months

Hi, I made a online purchase at Amazon India however, the first transaction was declined and the app asked me to redo the payment, which was successful. However, after sometime money was deducted for the first declined transaction. I reached out to Amazon and they said the money will be credited back within 7 to 10 days but when it didn't happen I reached them again, but they said that the money is with the bank from which I had made the payment. When I contacted the bank they said the they will initiate an inquiry and then if the money is with bank, they will refund it. However, I got a confirmation from bank that the money has been claimed by Amazon and they cannot refund it and I need to contact Amazon. I contacted Amazon and they again refused and claimed the money is with bank. I contacted the bank and they again initiated a charge dispute which was again declined by Amazon. I had multiple calls with ICICI and Amazon to resolve this, however they kept blaming the other party. ICICI provide some proofs of transactions which I shared with Amazon, however they again denied and claimed that the money is with bank. I have had dozens of calls with the bank and Amazon over the period of 80 days and have escalated the issue to ICICI escalation matrix and then they provided me another proof and said that Amazon has accepted that the money is with them and I need to get in touch with them. When I did, they again declined and said that Amazon didn't have any contact with the bank. Then when I shared the proof on their email contact, they have refunded my money. My case here is, Amazon cheated and lied to me for over 2 months, falsely claimed the money is with bank, wasted my time and energy on calls and conversations, caused mental trauma, frustration and torture with their false and farudlent information for almost 2 months. Now can file a case against them and what would be the appropriate compensation amount I can claim from Amazon?
