Daughter's rights over father's self acquired property

Hello My father, had bought two flats in addition to his house. His house comprised of four flats joined together. He has named my mother as the owner of the flat in which he lived and occupied after his demise. This contains two flats which are joined together. He had bought a plot of land in Pune, which he got developed from a builder and got himself a row house in that project along with some money from the builder. Because he wanted to save on his taxes, he put my brother's name on this row house. Similarly, the rental house where he lived, when it was developed by the builder he acquired the two flats where he lived and in addition got another flat on the fourth floor. Once again he put my brother's name on that additinal flat to save on his taxes. Both properties were developed when my brother was in junior college. Most payments were made in cash, way back in 90s. After marriage my younger brother came back to live with him, in the flat (comprising of two joined flats). My brother left the flat in Pune which was put in his name by my father and gave it on rent. In his last few years my father verbally expressed that to avoid division of the flats where mother and brother both live, that I should be given the fourth floor vacant but in dilipated status flat. My brother made a gift deed to me of that flat of which the value is much less because of being on fourth floor and in dilipated condition. Now my mother has taken over her own house and wants to put the name of the second owner as my brother on the fathers house, without giving me any share in the fatheris house. Can she do this ? Can I claim equal share in my fathers property ? I am the eldedest married daughter.
