Partition Suit

We have a shop in Mumbai, the shop is under the jurisdiction of BMC. After the death of my father in 2003, me my other brothers and sisters and mother signed NOC to transfer the property in name of my elder brother. As per the BMC rules, the property can be transferred only in name of one person. We are total 6 sisters and 5 brothers. My brother transfer the property in name of his son in 2017. and now the property is been given on rent by him, and he his not ready to give us any share in our ancestoral property. My question is 1. Can we claim in property (i doubt as we have given NOC to his father(my elder brother). 2.If we can, how will be it's distribution? 3.As, we being a muslim family, will the distribution be according to Muslim Shariat law or any other law? 4. Can we file a Partition suit? 5. What evidence will we need to require to proof that it's our ancestoral property? 6.What if my brother's son, says that their share has already being given by Grand father or his father? 7.What will be the share of my mother, according to Shariat law or any other Law?
