Father 3 hace 1 property in village. Distributed to 20 people ( in relation and out relation people involved ) All properties distributed is also given to registered tenency (kaastkaar) .. Now we came to know that our father 2 is included in those 20 people names. Hence we went to court where old record are recovered and done a muana. In the village register we got a name of our ancestor(father 2) with khewat no : 1 Now we put a application to get all khasra khatauni of account no : 1.. We got the 7 paper. 1st paper : father 3 names from top to bottom with khasra number. 2nd paper : khatauni : included 4 names with Hector and khasra no. ( Our father 3 names not included in this khatauni. 3rd paper.. included 20 names to whom all.village is given. ( In this paper my father 2 name is included hence he also got the share in village ) . 12 karrant 5 payi so on..... All 20 people names mentioned with share included in the end of name. We asked the record room guy he said only 4 names are saved rest data is destroyed. We have our name in the list of 20 names with share included as 12 karrant 5 payi. Now how can I claim the land ( we don't know the khasra. Number just we know we have land in village. An it si priced by the share list of 20 names. But how to identify the property and claim the property. As the data has been destroyed by kaastkaar.or any other person .
