About D-Farm Patta is it transferable to son (muslim category)

1. In 1961, Land to an extent of Ac.2.05 cents in Survey No.60/4 of Kurmannapalem villiage was allotted to Mr.Noor Ahammad, R/o.Fakirthakiya village as D-Form Patta No.517/329, vide Proceedings Rc.No.4118/61 of Special Tahasildar, Visakhapatnam under Landless Poor Minority Community. 2.He sold the land to Smt. J.Kannathalli, W/o.J.Appa Rao for a sale consideration of Rs.10,000/- under document No.2250/70, Book No.652, Page No.37 to 39 of Visakhapatnam, SRO on [deleted]. 3. The 2nd link document No.937/81, dt.[deleted] states that legal heirs of late J.Kannathalli, ie., her husband S/Sri J.Appa Rao, two sons Varaha Narasimha Rao & Appa Rao have sold this land to S/Sri Datla .Appalanarasimha Raju, R/o Anakapalli & Jampana Muralimohan Raju, R/o Gajuwaka under Volume No.1108, Page 439 of VSP Joint SRO. 4. The above said persons gave G.P.A to Sri Guntur Satyanarayana Raju, vide Regd.Doc.No.57/81 registered at JT SRO, Visakhapatnam. 5.The GPA, in a total area of Ac.4.32 cents (Ac.2.05 + Ac.2.27 in Survey Nos.60/3 & 60/4) of Kurmannapalem, laid 61 Plots in the name of Kailasnagar Lay-out and got approved by Vadlapudi Panchayat and as GPA holder, he was selling plots. 6.Smt. Seelam Laxmi, W/o.Venkat Rao purchased Plot No.36 for Rs.4500/-, vide Document No.9026/81 on [deleted]. 7. Smt.Gollapudi Anuradha, W/o.G.Sreerama Murthy is happened to be the fourth person to acquire subject Plot No.36 for a sale consideration of Rs.6000/-, vide Regd. Document No.6590 of Visakhapatnam, S.R.O on [deleted]. 8.Since 34 years, the said Plot No.36 in Kailasnagar is in the possession of Smt.G.Anuradha, having legal title of ownership & online Encumbrance Certificate is available in the name of Smt.G.Anuradha. 9.On verification of “Mee Bhoomi” portal in Andhra Pradesh, earlier the said D-Farm Patta was shown as "Government Land" but, after 47 years (1970 to 2017), now the son of "Noor Ahammad" claiming his name "Mohammad Phayyum" as owner of the land Ac.2.05 cents in Survey No.60/4. 10.The objection is that when a land assigned under Minority Community to a person under D-Farm Patta, after holding the land for certain years, sold the same with due consideration that too prior to [deleted] and subsequently, the said land after three successive transfers under Registered Documents, NOW was it falls under Government Land or can the son of Noor Ahammad claim & register in Web Land Portal?
