My car has been taken by the Tiger, because it was parked above water releasing valve.

My name is Shreejith Raj, Hello lawyers, first of all huge respect for you guys for suggesting the right and wrong for civilians like us who are not aware of IPC and other rules and restrictions of the government, Today i had park my folkswagen Vento car next to my office, which is a residential area and usually everyone park their vehicles there and a old lady sells fruits next to the place I had park my car, I had park the car at around 6 in the evening, and it was taken by the Tiger just because It was parked above the water releasing valve, but, there was no clue that there was a water releasing valve, there was just a 1square foot stone there, it was like normal stone on the road side, I might have done a mistake by causing the problem for corporation guy to do his work( releasing water to public) but, when tiger has come, it could have just dragged or pushed the car one or two feet so that the problem would have solved, even if my mistake was punishable, Police could have locked my car tyres by some lock they use, but, they had taken the car to police station which was in gear and Pplied with hand brakes, when I went to see it, it was damaged, the front bumper was dameged and there were some scratches here and there, I am really hurt, if it is an offence, I will pay the fine and towing fee, but I am expecting my car to be in the same condition as it was before. Please help me by suggesting your valuable suggestions, My points are: 1. Should we not demand anything for damaging our vehicle? 2. Was that necessary to take the veheicle to station, rather dragging or pushing fo 3-4 feet? 3. How could we get to know that there was a water releasing valve when there was no clue? there was just a stone which was covering that hole, there was no clue that there was a hole, I have taken the pics of that. 4. What may be the fine and towing charges? 5. Without claiming the insurance, can I claim this from policeman? 6. Should I not mess with the police as I am appearing for Civil service exam (UPSC/CSAT) this year? Please suggest me the right suggestions, you are the only hope of mine..
