Rights of parents to son's property

My wife & I have a son, who is married and who has a house. Now, the son & our daughter-in-law are residing on the ground floor & the daughter-in-law’s mother on the 1st floor. We were also residing with our son, but the ‘bahu’ was misleading my son at night with the intent that he quarrels with us so that would run away. However, our son used to make ‘aamne-saamne’ of daughter-in-law & my wife and son realized that the ‘bahu’ was telling lies. Having failed in her cleaver ploys, she told my wife on the face that she could not live with my wife and if we live there she would take talaq and file false charges against us. Fearing and also thinking that let them lead a happy life if we are the obstacles, we shifted back to our old, dilapidated , small 2-rooms flat where we were living earlier. She is threatening my son with taking ‘talaq’ and framing us in false cases with fabricated charges. My son’s was a love marriage with a Sindhi girl (We are south Indians) and no dowry or anything was received. Please let us know appropriate course. Do parents have a right to son’s property, can they have the right to live in their son’s house, etc. Thank you in anticipation
