Landlord not giving rent receipts

Dear sir, i stay with my mom in our ancestral flat of pagdi system in mumbai and give tutions to students, i have a tution classes board outside the building, the rent receipts are in the name of my grandfather till 2003, since 2003 our landlord was not taking rent as he had legal dispute with his brother regarding the share in landlordship in the said building, his brother eventually sold his share to two of his friends in 2014 and they won the case in 2015. As per the court ruling the old landlord has 54 percent share and the new landlords who won the case have 46 percent share in landlordship also the old landlord is entitled to take rent from 2003 to sept 2015 and after that all the landlords will mutually take rent. My problem is that i have already paid Rs 50,000 through check and 15000 rs through cash to old land lord towards payment of rent from 2003 to sept 2015 now only Rs 14,900 is left to be paid but the old landlord is harassing me saying i will have to pay commercial rent as he has paid taxes on commercial basis to municipal authorities which is a lie as i have the annexure which clearly mentions taxes paid on residential basis, he is not giving me rent receipts, i want to ask wether he can file for eviction in future alone citing non payment of rent, absence of rent receipts and bonfide requirement or all the landlords are needed to file eviction ? The new landlords with 46 percent share are genuine and not like him, i want to know can the old landlord the one with 54 percent share alone file for eviction ?
