Rectification Deed

I have purchased builder floor (4th floor with roof rights / Parking on ground floor ) in Delhi. At the time of registry my sales deed/registry papers showed 4th floor with roof rights however later on i was informed by builder that it needs to be rectified with correction to 3rd floor with roof rights for which we need Rectification Deed. My question is if this rectification deed is important.? will it impact me if i try to sell my floor in future ? . Bank who approved my loan has got original papers with them stating 4th floor with roof rights...so does that need to be changed aswell ? Below is the format which i can see in rectification deed : " And whereas by mistake the property under sale on Page No.2 in circle rate calculation in the said sale deed has been mentioned as “FOURTH FLOOR” instead of “THIRD FLOOR”. And whereas property description on Page No.4 in the aforesaid sale deed has been mentioned as “BUILT UP FOURTH FLOOR WITH ROOF RIGHTS (BEING STILT ON GROUND FLOOR APPROVED BY DDA), OUT OF BUILT UP FREE-HOLD PROPERTY BEARING NO.XX, BUILT ON LAND AREA MEASURING XXXX SQUARE METERS, BLOCK-X, POCKET-X, SECTOR-X,DWARKA RESIDENTIAL SCHEME, DWARKA, NEW DELHI WITH ONE FOURTH UNDIVIDED SHARE IN STILT with proportionate share in the land underneath the said property along with common share in staircase, passage, entrance and in other common facilities (hereinafter called “THE SAID PROPERTY”)” IN STEAD OF “BUILT UP THIRD FLOOR WITH ROOF RIGHTS, OUT OF BUILT UP FREE-HOLD PROPERTY BEARING NO.XX, BUILT ON LAND AREA MEASURING XX.XX SQUARE METERS, BLOCK-X, POCKET-2, XXXXX,DWARKA RESIDENTIAL SCHEME, DWARKA, NEW DELHI WITH ONE FOURTH UNDIVIDED SHARE IN STILT with proportionate share in the land underneath the said property along with common share in staircase, passage, entrance and in other common facilities (hereinafter called “THE SAID PROPERTY”)”.
