Manufacturing defect.Royal Enfield.

Hello Sir, I purchased a Royal Enfield classic 350 on 19sept.2019.From the firstday itself taking the bike from the showroom in just 45kms,my Engine gasket was leaking(Manufacturing defect).I asked for replacement of the vehicle but showroom didnot accept to do that.After 3times attempt to repaire my bike but failed by the Service center and lastly they decided to replace my Entire Engine.After waiting for long lastly my Engine got replaced. But unfortunatly in my New Engine also leakage happen in just 1day it was so also defective.Now the service center person has approached me to again take the vehicle for repair.During all this process i have some through much harasement mentally physically n monetary loss also. Sir,my Question is that-Should i got for consumer forum to claim my compensation n replacement or refund as i was feeling panic because i heard in consumer forum it will take 1to 2years to solve a case.Is it true? Secondly,it is said that the big company has legal advicers so being a common people we cannot fight n win with them.?? Thank you Regards Abhishek bhowmick Assam
