Settlement of family issue

I had purchased a flat in Mumbai in 2004, and based on Real Estate agent's advise my dad added my mother's name too as a second holder while registering the sale deed. My mother is house wife and her contribution in funding is less than 10% of the property and rest all money I paid by taking loans from in laws, friends and parents and all are paid back. Even the stamp duty paid by me, all society charges, property tax, electricity bill etc till date are borne by me. Secondly, Whenever my parents demanded for any additional money like for constructing the house at native, sister's marriage, without hesitating I gave them. Now from few years my mother wanted me to leave the flat as entire belongs to her. She bought all her belongings, cupboard and kept in my flat and now it is very congested. She already own the another flat as a second holder and my dad being the first holder, that flat they rented out and staying with us. Now the flat price is touching the sky and I cannot afford to buy another flat. All our relatives try to persuade her to settle the matter but she is not willing to settle. One thing to be noted that she had changed her name in 2002 but while registering the flat in 2014, she had mentioned her old name. Please advise what options are available to me.
